All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are responsible for your order until it is handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the issue or filing a claim.

Address Changes
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
